A 52-year-old man involved in a shooting near a Best Buy store in Bellevue earlier this week will not face charges, for now.

The Bellevue Police Department issued the following updates regarding the shooting incident from July 22 on the 400 block of 120th Ave NE in downtown Bellevue:  Prior to the incident, a 31-year-old male and a 52-year-old male engaged in a brief altercation at a nearby business parking lot.
