Update: She has been located safe.   The Howell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 15‑year‑old girl from Mountain View. Savannah Mansfield was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on April 13 in Mountain View. She is described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 125 pounds, with blue hair and brown eyes.
