Update: Flood warning active for Washington County Friday morning caused by heavy rain

An updated flood warning was released by the National Weather Service on Friday at 9:25 a.m. in effect until 10:30 a.m. for Washington County.The weather service says to prepare for, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues for portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including west central Washington and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including Brooke and Ohio county counties."
