Update: Flash flood watch for Oregon likely to expire at 8 p.m.
The watch had been issued for Harney, Baker and Malheur counties."The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of northeast and southeast Oregon, including the following areas, in northeast Oregon, Baker County. In southeast Oregon, Harney County and Malheur County. The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 8 p.m. this evening," states the National Weather Service.
