Update: Flash flood warning previously issued for Lehigh and Northampton counties will expire at 10:15 p.m.
The warning was issued for Lehigh and Northampton counties."Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," states the National Weather Service.
