CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) —  A small dog in Cleveland apparently survived a wild encounter over the weekend that might end up in court. A Teacup Yorkie was left at a local dog facility while its owners were on a cruise. On Saturday, the attendant let the dog out into the kennel and went next door to clean.
