LOVELAND Museum Talk Jeff Broome, professor emeritus and author, will speak about the Battle of Summit Springs for the Loveland Historical Society at  6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10, at the Loveland Museum, 503 N. Lincoln Ave. On July 11, 1869, just south of what is now Sterling, an armed conflict took place between the U.S. Army and a group of Cheyenne Dog Soldiers.   The Army, led by Col.
