Among the key decisions of the UP cabinet was a decision to simplify tenancy arrangements. For tenancy or lease deeds of up to 10 years, annual fees have been set at ₹1,000 for rents up to ₹2 lakh, ₹3,000 for rents up to ₹6 lakh, and ₹4,500 for rents up to ₹10 lakh. Furthermore, ECHS polyclinics for ex-servicemen, the Chitrakoot Link Expressway, smart schools, farmer loans, Agniveer reservations, and PRD cashless treatment have been approved.
