University Heights Mayor Brennan, citing April 28 incident, again asks residents to first call 911 in emergency situations

University Heights Mayor Michael Dylan Brennan, speaking at the May 19 City Council meeting, said that, in response to an April 28 incident in which a volunteer emergency medical service was first called to aid an elderly male patient, he and other local city officials are banding together to create legislation to set standards for such services. Brennan urged residents to first call 911 in emergency situations.
