United States raises to level 4 the travel alert for Arauca, Cauca and Norte de Santander

The U.S. Department of State issued a level 4 travel alert for the departments of Arauca, Cauca (except Popayán) and Norte de Santander, as well as for areas bordering Venezuela. This classification, the highest on the scale of the U.S. system, recommends that its citizens not travel to these regions for security reasons.
