The U.S. Embassy in Costa Rica announced Wednesday a change in the rules for applying for a visa to travel to that country, according to an update ordered by the State Department.The decision taken by the Donald Trump government is to remove the exemption from the interview for people under 14 years of age and those over 79 years of age, who to date are free of that requirement within the U.S. visa application process.
