Union loses fight against Tesla at German factory
Germany's largest union Thursday accused Tesla of intimidating staff at the US carmaker's factory outside Berlin after it lost a vote to gain control of a body representing workers' interests.
In the election of the works council in Teslas Gigafactory, the IG Metall has lost again. The union demands action against Union Busting. But it itself will also have to play new cards in the next four years.
