Unified command center moves out of Elm Grove and back to Emergency Operations Center in City-County Building

OHIO COUNTY, W.Va. (WTRF) - Wheeling Public Information Officer Philip Stahl tells 7NEWS that the unified mobile command center has moved out of Elm Grove. Efforts will now be centered back at the Emergency Operations Center located in the Wheeling City-County Building in the downtown area.
