Undocumented man living in Harlingen is sent to prison

BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Fidel José Ramírez, 41, who resided in Harlingen, was sent 33 months to a federal prison after being convicted for returning illegally to the country, federal prosecutor Nicholas J.
