McALLEN, Texas – 39-year-old Heriberto Marín Hebert, who resides in McAllen, was convicted for plotting to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute it, federal prosecutor Nicholas J. Ganjei announced. Marín Hebert pleaded guilty on November 22. District Chief Judge Randy Crane ordered the man to serve 36 months in a federal prison.
