A man was found alive on Saturday afternoon at Venus Street in the Clausells neighborhood in Ponce, under circumstances still under investigation. According to preliminary information, a 9-1-1 call to the Emergency System alerted about a medical case at 1:17 p.m. Upon arrival at the site, authorities found the body of a man without vital signs, bleeding and foaming in the mouth area.
