Now it's also official! The German Football League (DFB) decided today Friday to split up the women's Bundesliga unanimously.
The German Football Association is paving the way for the independence of the women's Bundesliga from the 2027/28 season onwards. DFB President Neuendorf sees this as a "significant decision of direction".
