Sybiha on Oleshky: World must use all available means to deliver humanitarian aid, ensure evacuation of people
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha has once again drawn attention to the catastrophic situation in Oleshky, located in the Russia-occupied part of Kherson region; the international community must mobilize all available tools to deliver humanitarian aid and ensure the safe evacuation of those wishing to leave.
UN Secretary General Stefan Dujarrik said the organisation was trying to reach people in the frontline and most affected areas, in particular in occupied Oleshki in the Kherson region.
Due to mined territories and danger, people cannot freely leave the city, and the Russian side does not agree to the proposed evacuation routes
