- Some unaccompanied migrant children were detained in airport waiting zones and border holding centres, a "disproportionate and therefore arbitrary" deprivation harming mental health, the committee said.
- The committee urged France to give claimants the benefit of the doubt and guarantee housing, food and water, while France cited its 2023-2027 strategic plan that `enhanced and coordinated support for prioritized and particularly vulnerable groups`.
