Opening Date Confirmed for New Flagship Harry Potter Store in London
The 21,000-square-foot store will feature Diagon Alley-inspired displays, a full-sized Knight Bus and Butterbeer offerings.
Warner Bros confirmed that the Harry Potter Oxford Street flagship will open November 4 within The Ribbon development at 134-140 Oxford Street. Spanning more than 21,000 square feet across two floors, the site marks the company's second official Harry Potter retail destination in London.
Designed to immerse visitors in the wizarding world, the shop features themed spaces inspired by Diagon Alley. Karl Durrant, Warner Bros senior vice president of worldwide retail, said: "Opening the Harry Potter Shop in London is a truly special milestone."
Attractions include a Ukrainian Ironbelly Dragon towering over the Gringotts area and a full-sized Knight Bus. Visitors can dine at The Leaky Cauldron, which offers Butterbeer, Frozen Butterbeer, and an assortment of Butterbeer-inspired treats.
The flagship joins existing experiences like Warner Bros Studio Tour London and the site at Cross Station. Located on Oxford Street, the store sits within one of the world's busiest shopping areas, attracting around half a million visitors daily.
Whether local or visiting from afar, fans can experience this new destination when it opens its doors this November. Every detail aims to transport visitors into the wizarding world, from hidden magical discoveries to authentic design touches.
