Masked Assassin Kills SBU Colonel on Kyiv Street
KYIV, UKRAINE, JUL 10 – Colonel Ivan Voronych, a veteran who fought since 2014, was killed with five close-range shots as he left his home, the Security Service of Ukraine said.
- A colonel of Ukraine's Security Service , Ivan Voronych, was shot dead on July 10 in Kyiv's Holosiivskyi district.
- Voronych, a prominent figure credited with establishing a unit in the SBU dedicated to combating the enemy since 2014, was shot five times by an unidentified attacker who then fled the scene.
