The European Union will reduce financial assistance to Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility mechanism because Kiev has failed to implement three of the 16 promised reforms. This is reported by the Unian agency, according to which Ukraine will receive "only" 3.05 billion euros (less than 75 billion crowns) as a result, while it could have received 4.5 billion euros.
