Wolfgang Ischinger, head of the Munich Security Conference, proposed that Germany donate a submarine, frigate, or other military equipment to Poland. He believed this would be a modern approach to historical obligations to Poland and an investment in regional security.
More than a month before the next edition of the Munich Security Conference (this year it will take place on February 13-15), the chairman of the aforementioned conference, Wolfgang Ischinger, gave an interview to Reuters.
