British PM Keir Starmer: Parliament to Vote on Troop Deployment to Ukraine

At his weekly Prime Minister's Questions session, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer told Parliament, `Were troops to be deployed under the declaration signed, I would put that matter to the House for a vote,` linking the pledge to a coalition of the willing meeting in Paris.
