- Authorities will issue numerous permits for search and exhumation work, with both governments cooperating on excavations to "ensure greater capacity to carry out such work," Zelenskyy said.
- Tensions previously escalated after Poland's Nawrocki revoked Zelenskyy's Order of the White Eagle, claiming the move was "not against the Ukrainian people" while asserting it did not signal a shift in Poland's support.
- To implement these changes, Zelenskyy instructed Oleksandr Alforov, head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance, to draft proposals for increased institutional support, stating that "proper representation of Ukrainian interests requires the appropriate capabilities.
