The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified access to property owned by companies in which the state holds more than 50% of shares for data center and telecommunications operators, Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky said.
“This solution is our investment in the sustainability of Ukrainian digital infrastructure”
Koretskyi: Government Simplifies State Property Leases for Data Centres and
Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers will allow data centres and telecoms operators to lease property of state-owned companies without electronic auctions during martial law and for six months after it ends.
