UK Bedding Company Supplying Tesco and Debenhams Enters Administration Owing £1.6m
Administrators said creditors face a £1.6 million shortfall as the bedding maker’s products were sold by Tesco, Debenhams and Amazon.
One Holding Ltd, trading as Visco Therapy, has entered administration owing £1.6 million after 10 years in business. The mattress maker's products were stocked in major retailers including Tesco, Debenhams, and The Range.
Rising costs, weaker consumer demand, and supply chain challenges have impacted profitability across the bedding and furniture sector. Interior Daily reported the collapse reflects ongoing pressure affecting cash flow and manufacturing viability.
Administrators Lee Morris and John Thompson from Marshall Peters were appointed in March to oversee restructuring. A statutory moratorium provides "breathing space" to allow financial restructuring plans free from creditor enforcement actions.
The bedding company is not alone in collapsing; Airsrpung entered administration earlier this month after 150 years in business. Multiple retailers have closed stores or entered administration, marking a rough start to 2026 for the United Kingdom high street.
Within 8 weeks, administrators must formulate restructuring proposals for creditor approval. Administration will end automatically after 12 months unless the court or creditors approve an extension under the Insolvency Act.
