UK charges man over alleged Rwanda genocide offences
Prosecutors say the case is the first in the United Kingdom tied to the Rwanda genocide and includes seven charges.

- Brown, who resides in Islington, north London, faces seven charges and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
