It was more dramatic than we had hoped at half-time, but Slovenia held off a final Belgian attack for the first three points at the home European Futsal Championship. After the 5-4 victory, captain Igor Osredkar pointed out that the winner should have been decided much earlier. Coach Horvat, however, attributed the drop in play primarily to a lack of experience.
