România face un pas decisiv spre reluarea exporturilor de ovine și caprine. Planul sanitar-veterinar a fost aprobat la nivel european, iar țara va primi gratuit 1,3 milioane de doze de vaccin. Constanța și Tulcea vor avea însă un regim special din cauza riscului epidemiologic.
