Uber launches $14.8 billion offer for Delivery Hero to create global platform
Uber said the deal would nearly double its delivery markets and create a platform with $236 billion in combined gross bookings in 2025.
- Uber has agreed to acquire Delivery Hero for €41.50 per share, valuing the deal at approximately €12.7 billion and representing a 26% increase over a previous offer.
- Delivery Hero operates in more than 60 markets worldwide and is one of the largest food delivery groups, covering Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East through Uber's acquisition.
