Shillong, May 23: The unlawful activities (prevention) tribunal headed by Justice Saumitra Saikia has confirmed ban on HNLC for another five years with effect from November 13, 2024. In the order issued on May 10, the tribunal found sufficient evidence to confirm the ban on HNLC.
