Tropical storm Wipha threatens southern China after battering Taiwan and the Philippines
CHINA, JUL 18 – Typhoon Wipha caused over 500 flight cancellations and widespread transport suspensions as authorities issued high-level alerts and emergency responses across southern China and Hong Kong.
