TWRA investigating drowning on Watauga Lake

By Brittnee Bryant Star Correspondent HAMPTON — The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has confirmed a man drowned on Watauga Lake Friday evening. The man has been identified as Alexander C. Luster, 36, of Boone, North Carolina. According to a news release from TWRA, Luster was participating in a bass tournament and fell overboard prior to the start of the event.
