GREENFIELD — A Pittsfield federal credit union will assume millions of dollars in assets from a Greenfield federal credit union and its members in a merger slated to go through later this year, according to a statement.Greylock Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Pittsfield, will take in Franklin First Federal Credit Union’s $88 million in assets and close to 7,500 members. Franklin First is based in Greenfield.
