ESSEX Police need to speak to Leon Shwe and Thomas Pasquariello in connection with an investigation into an affray in Harlow. Shwe, aged 21, is around 6ft in height, while Pasquariello, aged 18, is around 5ft 7ins in height. Leon Shwe Both have links to Harlow are of slim build. Pasquariello also has links to Hertfordshire.
