Two people wanted for check fraud relating to auto purchases

Nationwide warrants have been issued for Hope Olden of Alamogordo and Jeffrey Hyre of Albuquerque in connection with alleged vehicle-buying fraud. Investigators say both used the same fraudulent cashier’s check, with Hyre also accused of identity theft after purchasing a Cadillac using another man’s identity. Olden allegedly bought a Dodge Durango using her middle name.
