Carlos Javier Pizarro Reyes, 24, a resident of Loíza, and John Carlos Colón Cruz, 25, a resident of Comerío, who were arrested last Thursday as they fled after allegedly killing nurse Mirta Martínez Romero, 80, who was watching television at home, and Dolores (Yiyo) Correa Estrella, 51, in Barriada Obrera, in Fajardo, were charged late yesterday afternoon with multiple violations of the Weapons Law.
