Two people killed after scaffolding collapses on Hiroshima/Chugoku Expressway, three injured (Kyodo News)

At around 3:30 p.m. on the 27th, a call was made to 119 reporting that five workers had fallen from scaffolding that had collapsed during bridge construction on the Chugoku Expressway in Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
