Two men have been arrested and formally charged in connection with a violent disorder incident along Chapman Street. The Barbados Police Service have charged 24-year-old Reschad Damon Decourtney Carrington of 3rd Avenue, New Orleans, St Michael, and 26-year-old Donston McDonald Powlett of 6th Avenue, New Orleans, St Michael.
