Two men sign letters of intent for ENMU-Ruidoso rodeo

ENMU-Ruidoso Walker Hanafin of Argenta, Ill., and Eli Foster of Triumph, Ill., have both recently signed National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) letters of intent to compete for the ENMU-Ruidoso rodeo team.
