Two Marcy COs waive hearings ahead of trial
Michael Fisher, 55, and David Walters, 37, both appeared before Oneida County Court Judge Robert L. Bauer Thursday morning, Aug. 14, and both men waived their right to hold a statement suppression hearing. The hearings would have been held to determine if statements each men made to law enforcement officers could be used against them at trial. With the hearings waived, the statements can be used at trial.
