Two local facilities expanding modular housing options statewide after grant award

Two local facilities were rewarded $5 million each to expand modular housing as a part of House Bill 2001, which passed in the 2023 legislative session. The house bill created the Modular Housing Development Fund to expand statewide housing goals.
