WILLMAR — A woman suffered life-threatening injuries when two pickup trucks collided Thursday morning outside Willmar. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Debra Palm, 66, of Morton, was the sole occupant in a 1996 Chevrolet Silverado traveling westbound on 48th Avenue Northeast north of Willmar.
