Allegro and InPost have signed a non-binding letter of intent. It reflects the parties' shared intention to develop a new framework agreement in the coming months that will govern cooperation in the field of out-of-home delivery services.

Allegro and InPost are negotiating a new cooperation agreement. It will run until the end of 2031 and replace the current seven-year agreement signed in 2020. Both companies have signed a letter of intent, which, among other things, announces the suspension of the ongoing dispute between them.
