Hernán Velarde was 28 years old and was found dead in the street, in the Miguel Ortiz neighborhood of the capital of Salta. His family claims that he was ambushed by four men. Justice investigates the attack and has already arrested three suspects.
The victim, identified as Hernán Velaverde, was reportedly ambushed during Saturday night, October 3, by four attackers on Juan de Matienzo Street.
