Two people have been charged with vandalizing the new water fountain in the roundabout at the intersection of Wilkesboro Street, Meroney Street, Yadkinville Road and Mumford Drive in Mocksville Deputies began investigating after being notified on Sunday morning that someone had poured soap or detergent products into the fountain, according to a release.
