ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) -- On Sunday, the Athens Police Department said two people were charged with child abuse after a three-year-old was brought to a hospital for serious injuries. According to APD, at about 11 a.m., staff members at Athens-Limestone Hospital reported that a three-year-old child was being treated for serious injuries.
