Two charged in $3,400-plus Eden Prairie Walmart theft

A Champlin woman and a Minneapolis woman face felony theft charges after allegedly loading garbage bins and backpacks with more than $3,400 in merchandise before leaving an Eden Prairie Walmart without paying.
