A new regulation has been introduced regarding investor payments in some funds undergoing liquidation as part of the fund investigation. According to the decision of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), investors whose settlements have been completed can receive interim payments of up to 1 million TL before the final liquidation payment is made.
The Capital Markets Board (SPK), in a bulletin published at midnight, decided on interim payments for 131 investment funds belonging to 7 companies that have been ordered liquidated. In the transactions that will begin in October, investors will receive payments equal to their principal amount. Those with investments under 1 million TL will receive their full amount.
